1. General Policy
In IPTV Slovakia, we aim to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. But, because of our digital service our policy on refunds is strictly defined and outlined in the following paragraphs.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
The refunds can be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Service is not activated after the purchase.
- Problems with technology that can’t be solved by our support staff
- Inadvertently, duplicate payments are made
- A major service issue that lasted for over a long time (verified by Support)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We don’t provide refunds in these situations:
- The mind changes after activation
- Uncompatibility with device used by user (if specifications were clear)
- A poor internet connection on the both sides of the user
- Service misuse or breach of the terms
- Partially used subscription period
4. Refund Request Process
For a request for a refund:
- Get in touch with us to speak with our customer support
- Provide your order details (email, payment proof)
- Clarify the issue
Requests for refunds are usually examined within 1-3 business day.
5. Final Decision
Refund decisions are always final and occur by the decision the IPTV Slovakia management.
